Return Policy

We will gladly exchange an item(s) for online store credit only. Before sending the item(s) back, please fill out the return form found in your order shipment confirmation within 2 days of receipt of your shipment. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted. Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, new condition, unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. Designed By The Streets must receive the item within 7 days of return authorization. 

For any returns item(s), you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Item(s) may not be returned or exchanged in person or at any pop-up location. T-shirts, Hats, Bags, Accessories, Under Garments, Headbands, Shoes, Sale Items and Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of deliver to Designed By The Streets. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at DESIGNEDBYTHESTREETS@GMAIL.COM. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),T-shirts, Hats, Bags, Accessories, Under Garments, Headbands, Shoes, Sale Items, Gift Cards, and Personal Care Goods (such as beauty products) can not be returned or exchanged. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item(s), and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive a coupon code to be applied with a new purchase.
